Leaving a gap that is as atmospheric as a fish in a tank isn't enough to instill how much time has passed and how much caper, misadventure & tragedy my life has entailed since I returned to Manchester following 6 months spent in London after finishing my Journalism degree-which the previous entries on here are all about. I went to New York for a week of my final year and got to interview a lovely designer from the famous Parson's design school. But apart from that the rest of the week was pretty dull, because most of the people I was there with were absolute bores. ANYWAY. I got to go because the uni paid for the board at the YMCA and half the flight fares (thank you!!!!) and I had to chip in a tiny £300, which is peanuts when you think you cross the Atlantic Ocean and get there in one piece.
As you may have gathered- and if you have seen me since- you will know- I am now back in my hometown of Manchester, over the hills and far away, and pretty much back to normal, whatever that is. I hope you will enjoy my posts, I can tell you they won't all be so narcissistic.
